We love the flat and sure you will too.

We’ve had the flat for six years and love both it and the local area. The house is rumored to be Lord Kitchener’s summer home and it’s next door to the house H G Wells built and lived in for ten years.

4 Greenhills is perfectly situated between Sandgate and Folkestone. High on a hill you can see the sea and over towards Romney Marsh and Dungeness.

We’ll pay for free on-street parking just outside the flat for one car. There is plenty of space.

The flat is in a perfect location - within walking distance of the small town with shops, cafes, pubs and easy promenade walks in opposite directions to both Hythe and Folkestone. The flat was really lovely. It was clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped with home comforts for a relaxing break plus it had amazing sea views. It was also very close to main bus routes.

The property was everything we wanted for a quiet relaxing break. Spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout with everything we needed for our stay available. Importantly, in these troubled times, we felt secure and safe in the flat. It is well situated for walks along the seafront to Hythe and Fokestone. There are also bus stops close by for easy access to the local bus services for trips further afield. All in all an excellent base for a holiday in Kent!

It is wonderfully quiet and peaceful but near enough for road links to Dover, and London, as well as the train station. A short drive and you are on the main road best for exploring Romney Marsh, Hythe, Dymchurch, Dungeness (a favourite place of mine), but also Rye, Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne and even Brighton.

We had a perfect stay at 4 Greenhills recently for a few days. The flat is very tastefully... decorated, spacious and has some beautiful views out to the sea. Very easy to get to both Folkestone and Sandgate, and we spent a day in London which was also very easy to get to and from thanks to close proximity to Folkestone West station. Fantastic place to stay, can't fault it.read more

This is perhaps the most comfortable and equipped apartment of all that Folkestone tenants offer at... their service. I am very satisfied, top class. There are all the amenities with interest and it is especially felt that love is poured into the apartment. Every corner is thought out, every element of décor in a rustic style. The flat is about an hour away from London and can be easily reached by train and then a short walk or taxi ride.

It’s ideal for exploring the area or working remotely. The second bedroom can be used as an office and there is a fast internet.

We’ll pay for free on-street parking for one car and there is good public transport.
